Glassworks is a Cooperative whose mission is to design and build a community for housing, working and recreation. We have purchased 46 acres located on the eastern bluffs in Owen Sound. Our project is designed, not for profit, but for living within our means and our plant's capacity. 60% of housing units will be reserves for those with incomes between $35K and $80K (with the goal of opening up units on the local Affordable Housing List for those with incomes under $35K). The goal is to have future residents living in Glassworks Village by or before 2028.
