Attendee(s) are not eligible to attend the event unless payment has been received.
Cancellation or non-attendance
Registered attendee(s) or person booking on their behalf is responsible for payment if Chamber office is not notified by email of a cancellation 48 hours in advance of the day of the event. This includes registered attendees who have not paid, do not cancel and are a no-show at the event.
Registered attendee(s) who have paid in advance will be entitled to a full refund if Chamber office is notified by email of a cancellation 48 hours in advance of the day of the event. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances the Owen Sound & District Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to either postpone the event to another date or to provide a full refund to registered attendee(s) who have paid in advance if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
