In addition to being CEO of the Chamber, Diane is also a Director on the Board of the Community Waterfront Museum. She currently sits on many committees and is always looking for an opportunity to help and support the community. Diane has worn many hats in her career. She was in the medical field for over 40 years in various positions. Her love of people is the driving force of what she does. Diane's goal for the Chamber is providing support for the business community. The Chamber also works with the Municipality of Owen Sound and Provincial and Federal Governments to provide awareness and concerns of the local businesses.

Tiffany James is the Social Media and Events Coordinator at The Owen Sound & District Chamber of Commerce.
She has contributed to several different industry publications/charities/events/organizations, including The Chamber Outlook magazine, Chamber Business Excellence Awards, and is currently a volunteer with Rogers Grey County.
She has a Communication Degree from The University of Windsor and a Film Studies Degree from Toronto Film School.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping at Algonquin park, gardening, and enjoying time with her husband Evan and 2 sons Connor age 10, and Coen age 8.

With four years at the Owen Sound & District Chamber of Commerce, I have developed a deep appreciation for our small business community. Growing up as a fifth-generation resident in Owen Sound, I have witnessed firsthand the invaluable role both big and small businesses play in shaping our town. Supporting these local businesses and community groups, alongside an amazing team, is something I am passionate about every day.

I am proud to contribute to an organization that celebrates the grit, ambition, and dedication of local entrepreneurs and their teams, knowing that this spirit is what makes Owen Sound a wonderful place to live and grow. Outside of work, I enjoy singing, playing guitar, skiing, baking, and camping.
